The Business Building Mastermind is an eight-month program for women entrepreneurs who are two to five years into their business and ready to grow with intention.
Twice a month, a small and carefully selected group of women come together with expert facilitation to do the strategic work that moves the needle.

Brooke Gordon
Brooke Gordon works at the intersection of human health and professional performance, and she brings that lens to every session of the Business Building Mastermind.
Her background spans engineering, health coaching, executive education, and business strategy. She currently leads executive education programs for entrepreneurs at BDC and works privately as a mentor and advisor to business owners across North America. She is a University of Toronto mentorship award recipient and a TEDx speaker.
What makes Brooke's approach distinct is what she does not do. She does not help you set goals. She helps you define the standards you want to experience in your business and for yourself, and then builds the structure around you to get there.
Her work challenges the assumption that growth requires self-sacrifice. In this mastermind, you will develop the business acumen, strategic clarity, and leadership presence to grow with intention, and develop a plan you can actually sustain.

You will get micro-lessons in business strategy to help you build your analytical skills, accompanied by practical and tangible ideas for how to apply the concepts to your business!

You will receive a weekly email from the facilitator during the program to support you along this journey and easily access the micro-lessons. The email you use to sign up for the program is the email where you will receive emails from us.

You will receive a welcome email upon sign up with the login to access your membership dashboard where the micro-lessons and meeting information are accessible. The program runs for 8 months and you will have online access to the materials for one additional month after the program completes.

The Business Building Mastermind scholarship is open to women entrepreneurs who meet the following criteria:
You are full time in your business and have been operating for at least two years.
Your business is generating revenue.
You are in a growth phase, meaning you are actively contracting out work, considering hiring, or ready to expand your capacity and revenue.
You have a sense of who your ideal client is, even if your sales process is not yet clearly defined.
You are ready to show up, do the work, and contribute to a peer community with the same level of commitment you bring to your own business.
Up to 12 scholarships are available per cohort. Recipients are selected by a committee and are asked to make a $300 co-investment to secure their seat in the program.
